30 Day Return & Refund Policy
If you receive a damaged or defective product, simply Request A Return via our online return portal and our team will evaluate your request. Please be sure to include as much information as possible.

Easy 4 Step 30 Day Returns & Exchanges
- Use our online request portal to Request A Return and our team will evaluate your eligibility immediately. Please be sure to include as much information as possible.
- You will be emailed a return shipping label either from us or the manufacturer. If you have a product that requires warranty registration, you may be required to handle the return via the manufacturer.
- When you receive the label, place it on the package you received and take it to your local postal drop station or we will have it picked up by a freight carrier.
- Once we receive the return, and the manufacturer has approved the defect or damage we will issue you a full credit to your account or replace the item for you.
NOTE: Items under manufacturer warranty may be repaired or replaced by the manufacturer. If you damaged the product or misused a product, you may not qualify for an exchange, return, or refund and it may void the warranty. Be sure that you are returning an item in new condition.
Returns & Exchanges and Refunds After 30 Days
Many of our products are under manufacturer warranties after the 30 day period. If this is the case, the customer is required to register their product as per instructions that will come with the product manual and warranty and contact the manufacturer for technical assistance or to return and repair malfunctioning or defective products. Typically, Energy products, are covered under manufacturer warranties.
If your product did not come with a warranty, we will attempt to help you with your return, exchange, or refund if the item is damaged or defective when it is shipped to you. If this is brought to our attention after the 30 day period, the manufacturer will be contacted and we will attempt to get an exchange or refund for you. However, we recommend that you inspect all merchandise prior to the 30 day unconditional period. After this period there is no guarantee the manufacturer or Survival Gear Systems will grant the refund or exchange.
Conditions & Terms on Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
You have 30 calendar days to contact us and return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, refund, or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging OR the item must be deemed unusable or defective by the manufacturer. After you Request a Return and are approved via our online return portal, you may contact us via phone, email or chat and we will email you a return shipping label for your convenience.
Refunds Instructions
- Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
- If your return is approved, we will initiate a full refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
- Refunds may only be made if the item is received in damaged condition, defective, or unusable.
- You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
NOTE: A RESTOCKING FEE MAY BE REQUIRED BY SOME MANUFACTURERS.
Exchanges
If you find that the product we shipped is damaged or defective, please contact us via phone, email or chat and we will email you a return shipping label for your convenience and exchange the item for an exact or similar item of equal value.
We will have you ship back the product and send you the same item or similar (if the primary item is not available any longer.)
Clearance or Discontinued Items: If you you purchased an item that is on clearance or is discontinued, we are unable to refund your money or exchange the item.
