You will be emailed a return shipping label either from us or the manufacturer. If you have a product that requires warranty registration, you may be required to handle the return via the manufacturer.
When you receive the label, place it on the package you received and take it to your local postal drop station or we will have it picked up by a freight carrier.
Once we receive the return, and the manufacturer has approved the defect or damage we will issue you a full credit to your account or replace the item for you.
